Place any wallet on Solana under custody. Every meme that wallet buys pays a 1% custody fee, in the same slot as the buy. The wallet keeps 99% and signs nothing. Half of every fee goes to whoever holds the account.
Any wallet that bought a meme in the last 24 hours can be taken into custody. An account costs 2,000 $CSI, starts billing from the next slot, and stays open until the wallet pays to close it.
Most fees are paid by the person who trades. This custodian's fee is paid by the wallet he holds. It never opened an account with him. It pays anyway.

Any wallet on Solana that bought a meme in the last 24 hours. Whales, bots, insiders, fresh wallets, the custodian does not ask where the money came from. If it buys, it can be billed. One wallet, one account. Nobody can open a second one.

Pay 2,000 $CSI. The program opens a custody account with the wallet's address and yours inside it. The payment burns. From the next slot on, every meme the wallet buys is billed. It does not need the wallet's signature.

The custodian keeps nothing. Half of every custody fee goes to you, in the coin the wallet just bought, in the same slot. 40% is swapped to $CSI and burned in the same instruction. 10% goes to the reserve. The wallet gets 99% of its memes and keeps buying.
The split is written into the program. The vault only keeps it.
Every wallet in the ledger is real. It bought a meme today and it is in custody. The numbers are what the custodian has billed so far, read from chain.
| Wallet | Type | Rank | Billed | Buys | Last bill | Holder |
|---|
Tap a wallet to open its file: rank, billed, burned, who holds the account.
Paste any Solana address. The custodian reads its last 24 hours of buys and tells you whether the account pays for itself.
An account shows what it has billed. It climbs by fees, not by time. Each rank is sealed.

Every account opens here. A plain green seal. The custodian is already billing, the wallet just has not bought much yet. Most fresh wallets stay here for a day or two.

The shield on the seal. The wallet buys often enough that the fees add up, and from here the account pays for itself every few hours on an active wallet.

Gold wax, the laurel. A wallet that buys size every day, and the custodian has billed ten thousand dollars off it without the wallet changing anything.

The crown and the ribbon. This wallet is a whale. A hundred thousand dollars in fees, one buy at a time, and the holder of a Dynasty account is paid every time the whale moves.
From 00:00 to 01:00 UTC the custodian bills 2% instead of 1%. The second percent burns entirely.
There is one way to leave custody. The wallet closes the account, and it pays.

The wallet asks once. The closing fee is twice everything the custodian has ever billed, in $CSI. He does not argue. He presses the seal, and the account is struck from the ledger.
The first 128 accounts cost 2,000 $CSI. Every 128 after that the price climbs 15%. The last block costs a little over 5,000. Every payment burns. When the 1,024th account opens, the vault stops taking wallets.
All six are written into the program. The site only reads them.
